Balance, through perimenopause and after

Hormone Health

Find the imbalance in your blood panel, then a personalized plan your clinician stays with.

As we age, keeping hormones balanced matters more, not less. Imbalance shows up as weight gain, fatigue, mood swings and low sex drive — the assessment is what tells you whether that is what is happening.

How it works

How the plan runs

Three steps, in order. Nothing is prescribed before the panel comes back.

  1. 01

    The Aging Wellness Assessment

A blood panel that evaluates markers associated with hormone health, metabolism, energy, inflammation, cognitive function, bone density and sexual wellness — a holistic look at the contributing factors rather than one number.

  2. 02

    Your clinician writes the plan

Based on your lab results, health history and symptoms, your clinician builds a personalized hormone optimization plan and explains what each part of it is for.

  3. 03

    Continuous support

If the plan includes prescriptions, your clinician stays with it — checking that the therapy is working for you and adjusting it when it isn't.

Questions we get asked

Is this only for women?

No. Hormone health changes for everyone with age; the clinic treats perimenopause, menopause and andropause, and the panel is the same starting point either way.

Do I have to take a prescription?

No. Plenty of plans start with sleep, training, nutrition and supplements. A prescription is only written when your clinician thinks it is the right answer for your results.

Start with the panel.

Hormone care without a blood panel is guesswork. The assessment is the first appointment.
