Weight gain is rarely one thing

Weight Loss

Find what is driving the weight, then a clinician-managed plan, with or without medication.

The assessment evaluates your health comprehensively and identifies the factors contributing to weight gain — including the ones diet and exercise alone do not explain.

How it works

Your weight loss journey

  1. 01

    Understand why

Start with the Aging Wellness Assessment to find the underlying reasons for the weight gain, from thyroid and hormones to metabolic markers.

  2. 02

    A plan written for you

If you are eligible for a GLP-1 or metformin, your clinician creates a personalized plan with supplements, medication and one-to-one support. Eligibility is a clinical decision, made from your results and your BMI.

  3. 03

    Care that stays with you

Regular check-ins virtually or in person, optional in-person injections, consistent tracking, and help with insurance coverage where it applies.

    Where it applies

Questions we get asked

Will I definitely be prescribed a GLP-1?

No. Eligibility is decided by your clinician from your assessment results and BMI. Plenty of plans do not include one.

Does insurance cover it?

Coverage varies. The care team helps you use the coverage you have, routes labs through in-network providers where possible, and tells you plainly what is not covered.

The panel comes first.

Before any medication is discussed, your clinician needs to see what your body is actually doing.
